I like breaking rules, especially in fashion.
Mixing prints was a no-no, not too long ago. Recently wearing prints from top to bottom has become a hot trend, with just one rule – wear prints in the same colour and do not mix geometric prints together. (sounds like two rules there!) Instead wearing floral prints with stripes for example, was the way to do it.
Well, here’s me trying to break that rule, mixing polka dots and geometric prints together.
Perhaps it’s the neutral black, white and grey shades that anchor the clashing prints so that it doesn’t quite cause a headache.. yet.
Polka dot scarf with paisley print edging – borrowed from mum
Black and grey geometric print tunic – Mr Price
Long sleeve grey top – Woolworths
Loose fit jeans one size too big – hand me down from a relative (not shown in picture)

Some people can pull this off so well! I wish I could : <
I try and then I feel awkward xD
Mixing prints is sooo hard i always feel like its going to look tacky !
